UK Delivery

Royal Mail standard delivery is £3.95 for all UK orders under £35. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your delivery to be made.

Next day delivery is £10 for orders completed before 1pm. Please note we are closed at the weekend, therefore next delivery will resume Monday to Friday.

Orders valued at £35 or more will be dispatched using Parcel Force. This is a tracked service with next day delivery. Please expect your delivery between 1 – 2 working days. Please note we are closed at the weekend, therefore in some instances deliveries will surpass the 1 – 2 working day lead time. 

Get free shipping when you spend over £35, if you live in mainland UK. Order value must be over £35 including any vouchers, coupons or discounts added, in order to be eligible for free shipping. 

If you live outside mainland UK, you will be subject to different shipping costs. Please see table opposite for our UK shipping rates. If you have any queries, you can contact us here.

Once your order has been dispatched a confirmation will be sent to the provided registered email address. Orders placed on a bank holiday or weekend will be processed next working day.

International Deliveries

International deliveries will be dispatched via flight. Please note, our eaux de toilette and hand sanitisers are not transportable by air due to being classified as restricted items. In the event of these products being ordered, we will refund the total cost of the item(s).

Alternatively, we may have a distributor within your country who can assist with your order. Contact us here for further information regarding distributors or if you have any further questions about international orders.

Restricted Items

Due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship our eaux de toilette and hand sanitisers outside of the UK. If you live outside of the UK, please ensure you do not purchase these products. 

In the event of these products being ordered in error, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a refund for the restricted items.

COVID-19 Information

All our products are generously perfumed and quality tested to meet our very high manufacturing standards. Loss of sense of smell may occur if you have recently or are currently suffering with COVID-19. Please consider this when testing our products.

For the safety and wellbeing of our own staff, we cannot accept returns that have come from a residence with a positive case of COVID-19.

Exchanges & Returns

We do hope that you will be highly satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason that is not the case then please contact us at info@theenglishsoapcompany.com

If you’d like to return items please contact us within 14 days of purchase. You have a further 14 days to return the items, unused in the original condition along with proof of purchase. Once we’ve received the items we’ll arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days to the person who originally purchased the items.

We do not have a free returns policy and items must be returned at your own cost. However, we will issue a full refund or exchange if the product has arrived damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault.

If your parcel appears to have been damaged during transit, please notify us immediately via email. at info@theenglishsoapcompany.com, including photographs of the damaged item(s).

Items Bought via a Retailer:

If you have purchased one of our products from a retailer and you are unhappy, we regret we cannot offer you a refund, but you may be eligible for a replacement or refund from the retailer directly, depending on their returns policy, this is at the discretion of the individual retailer.

  • Email us at info@theenglishsoapcompany.com to notify us about the return before posting your order.
  • You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
  • Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
  • No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
  • All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
  • We reserve the right and full discretion to refuse a refund or exchange if the items you wish to return are the same item(s) as a previous order.
  • Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
