We take pride in sourcing the finest quality ingredients that go into our hand creams, giving our customers the experience of a luxury product, that is kind to the skin and at an affordable price point. All of our hand creams including this Wintertide Frankincense and Myrrh Hand Cream are enriched with shea butter and aloe vera, helping your hands to seal in that moisturising goodness and keep them feeling nourished and cared for.

With sustainability at the core of our family business, we are constantly striving to source recyclable materials to use for our products. Whether it is product packaging made from recycled plastics or recyclable plastics, opting for paper or card and even how we package our products for delivery.

Although we are not 100% there yet, reducing waste, recycling and re-purposing materials carries high importance within our family business and it is something we consider every day. Did you know we now use a cardboard shredder to make use of every little bit of cardboard that comes into our barns, which we use to keep all your lovely orders safe and secure.

Shea butter is a fat extracted from the nuts of the shea tree, native to West Africa. Shea butter has been used as a cosmetic ingredient for centuries. Its high concentration of vitamins and fatty acids make it an excellent product for smoothing, soothing and conditioning your skin.

Shea butter is highly moisturising due to its fatty acid content, including linoleic, oleic, stearic, and palmitic acids. It is an anti-inflammatory antioxidant and helps boost collagen production and cell regeneration, helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, stretch marks and scarring. Aloe vera is a cactus-like plant with leaves that produce a gel rich in vitamins A, C, E, and B12. There are records of it being used as a therapeutic ingredient since 1750 BC.

Aloe vera is easily absorbed into the skin and helps to moisturise, soothe, and hydrate the skin. It has anti-inflammatory properties and supports the production of collagen. It also contains antioxidant properties, which can repair sun damage and slow down the skin’s ageing process.

In addition, there is research to show that aloe vera can increase flexibility and reduce the fragility of the skin.

Gently massage the Wintertide Frankincense and Myrrh Hand Cream into the skin until the cream has been fully absorbed.

Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on irritated or broken skin. For external use only.
