The Kew Gardens Lemongrass and Lime Body Oil is enriched with apricot kernel oil which contains vitamin C and E to soften the skin and is high in hydrating oleic acid. Safflower oil is packed with antioxidants and high in linoleic acid, which helps fight acne and prevent skin dryness. Massage into your skin after a bath or shower to help lock in all that moisturising goodness.

Did you know we now use a cardboard shredder to make use of every little bit of cardboard that comes into our barns, which we use to keep all your lovely orders safe and secure.

Royal Mail standard delivery is £3.95 for all UK orders under £35. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your delivery to be made.
Next day delivery is £10 for orders completed before 1pm. Please note we are closed at the weekend, therefore next delivery will resume Monday to Friday.
Orders valued at £35 or more will be dispatched using Parcel Force. This is a tracked service with next day delivery. Please expect your delivery between 1 – 2 working days. Please note we are closed at the weekend, therefore in some instances deliveries will surpass the 1- 2 working day lead time.
Get free shipping when you spend over £35, if you live in mainland UK. Order value must be over £35 including any vouchers, coupons or discounts added, in order to be eligible for free shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched a confirmation will be sent to the provided registered email address. Orders placed on a bank holiday or weekend will be processed next working day.
International deliveries will be dispatched via flight. Please note, our eaux de toilette and hand sanitisers are not transportable by air due to being classified as restricted items. In the event of these products being ordered, we will refund the total cost of the item(s).

Due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship our eaux de toilette and hand sanitisers outside of the UK. If you live outside of the UK please ensure you do not purchase these products.
In the event of these products being ordered in error, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a refund for the restricted items.

If you’d like to return items please contact us within 14 days of purchase. You have a further 14 days to return the items, unused in the original condition along with proof of purchase. Once we’ve received the items we’ll arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days to the person who originally purchased the items.
We will only issue a refund if the product has arrived damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault.
If your parcel appears to have been damaged during transit, please notify us immediately via email. at info@theenglishsoapcompany.com, including photographs of the damaged item(s).
